Oria is specialized in organelle production to revolutionize therapeutic research. After a successful spin-off from ENS-PSL/CNRS, first contracts and seed funding, we're expanding our team and growing our organelles portfolio. 

We're lookingfor a committed COO’s Right-hand to support the founders in their daily operational and organizational tasks. You will be a key member of our science-driven and innovative team, contributing to our growth and scaling our business internationally.

Your profile:

‍

·       Proactive, ideally a Master student in business school with a double-degree in business and engineering or life science. Other relevant backgrounds are welcome.

·       Proficient in understanding the intersection of business andscience, with a keen interest in biotechnology and drug development.

·       Autonomous, excellent at operational multitasking, fast-learner and eager to tackle new challenges.

·       A relevant experience in the DeepTech start up ecosystem is a plus.

·       You are eager to have a hand-on entrepreneurship experience, and you like to learn about every subjects (operational, financial, business developement, legal, etc…)

·       Strong collaborative skills within a team & excellent communication skill in English (spoken and written).

What you will do:

You will work closely with the founders and support them in their everyday tasks.

·       Operational: Implement management tools, automate internal processes, handle structural and administrative workflows.

·       Communication: Plan and manage communication activities, including LinkedIn, website updates, and branding.

·       Finance: Implement the non-dilutive funding strategy & accompany the founders in analyzing KPIs and reporting.
