We developed a breakthrough and patented process to generate and purifyover-micrometric organelle vesiclesfrom cells, which have the potential to shape the future of therapeuticresearch by targeting intracellularmembrane proteins. Oria Bioscience has already received innovation awards and funding,showcasing its great potential.

We are looking for an excellent and dynamic Master 2 student (or equivalent) withexpertise in cell biology or biophysics to join our R&D team. Your mainobjective will be to optimize our new processes around purification ofintracellular organelles.

As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will thrive in a dynamic,science-focused, and innovative environment. Your will have an important rolein supporting Oria Bioscience's growth to an industrial-scale process forproducing high-quality organelle preparations tailored to the drug discoverymarket, while actively contributing to the team’s daily operations andchallenges.

Your profile:

·       You are proactive, preferably a biology, or a biophysics Master2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in a biology laboratory. Otherbackgrounds with this expertise are welcome.

·       You have a good knowledge in cell culture, cell manipulation andmicroscopy. Previous experience with endoplasmic reticulum, mitochondria,lysosomes, golgi apparatus or endosomes would be a strong plus.

·       You are autonomous, excel at multitasking and are eager toembrace new challenges. You have relevant laboratory experience, are able toorganize experiments and are rigorous.

·       You have a strong ability to work collaboratively within a team.

·       You have excellent communication skills in English (spoken and  written).

What you will do:

·       You will be working on your own project to improve Oria's techniques.

·       You will be responsible for testing protocols to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the experiments.

·       You will manage your own cell line for your experiments, and handle fluorescence microscopy.

·       You will carefully document and report your results, ensuring efficient follow-up and traceability.
